About

Hi, I'm Liz!

I help people reconnect to their bodies, build self-trust, and move through life transitions with confidence. I use movement when helpful, mindfulness always, and coaching as the practical framework for creating real, lasting change.

Three experiences shaped the way I approach this work: movement, service, and yoga.

Movement was my first teacher. As a competitive figure skater growing up, I learned early on how essential care, strength, and consistency are for long-term resilience.

Service became central to my life through my mom, a nurse who dedicated her career to caring for others. Watching her work, and later navigating the realities of illness, shaped my view of health: it isn’t just something to optimize, but something to honor and protect. This quietly influenced my desire to support others in meaningful, sustainable ways.

Yoga became the bridge that brought it all together. It deepened my understanding of the connection between body and mind, showing me how breath and awareness can regulate the nervous system to create a sense of safety—especially during periods of change. After almost a decade of teaching, I began to notice a gap. People understood the physical. People understood the mental. But few understood how deeply connected the two are, or how to embody that awareness in their day-to-day lives. That gap is what led me to health coaching. Coaching creates the space to slow down, reflect, and turn awareness into action. It helps people build habits and rhythms that support their lives beyond the mat. This framework allows movement, breath, and mindset to work together in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
