What is health coaching?
How is my approach different?
Health coaching is a space for you to slow down and check in with yourself. It’s where we talk through what’s going on in your life, what you’re navigating, and what you want to feel more grounded or confident in.
Instead of being told what you should do, we focus on what actually feels possible for you. Together, we bring awareness to your patterns, clarify your priorities, and build habits that support your life in a way that feels sustainable, not overwhelming.
I don’t believe change happens through willpower alone. It happens when you feel safe, supported, and connected to your body.
Because of my background in movement and mindfulness, our work doesn’t live only in conversation. We pay attention to how stress shows up in your body, how your nervous system responds to change, and what you need in order to feel steady enough to take action.
This work is especially supportive if you’re moving through a life transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, or craving more consistency without pressure or perfection.
Coaching can stand alone or be paired with yoga sessions for a more integrated approach.
