About Liz

Certified Health and Wellness Coach and
Yoga & Movement Teacher

I’m here to support you, encourage you, and remind you what you’re capable of.

I help people reconnect to their bodies, build self trust, and move through life transitions with more confidence and ease. My work is grounded in mindfulness, movement, and thoughtful support that meets you where you are and fits into real life.

If you’ve been overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or stuck in the “try again next week” loop, this is where that begins to shift.

My Approach to Supporting You

The way I work is steady, collaborative, and human. I don’t believe in pushing people or prescribing one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel supported, understood, and safe enough to try something new.

Our work together may include:

• reflective coaching conversations rooted in what’s actually happening in your life

• mindfulness practices that help regulate stress and build awareness

• movement when helpful, as a way to reconnect with and trust your body

• gentle habit building that feels realistic and sustainable

Clients often share that they feel more grounded, more confident, and more capable of supporting themselves beyond our sessions.

MY story. My coaches

Hi, I'm Liz!

Three experiences shaped how I approach this work: movement, service, and yoga.

Movement was my first teacher. As a competitive figure skater growing up, I learned the value of care, consistency, and resilience. I also learned how easy it is to disconnect from your body when pressure and performance take the lead.

Service became central to my life through my mom, a nurse who dedicated her career to caring for others. Watching her work, and later navigating illness myself, shaped how I understand health. Not as something to control or optimize, but something to listen to, honor, and protect.

Yoga became the bridge that brought it all together. Through breath, awareness, and movement, I saw how creating a sense of safety in the body can change how we experience stress, uncertainty, and transition. After nearly a decade of teaching, I began to notice a gap. People understood the physical. People understood the mental. But many struggled to bring that awareness into their everyday lives.

Health coaching became the framework that helped close that gap. It offered a way to slow down, reflect, and turn awareness into action, supporting change that feels grounded and lasting.
