Yoga is a chance to reconnect with your body through intentional, supportive movement. Each session is shaped around how you’re feeling, what your body needs, and what you want to work toward.

My teaching focuses on engagement for better alignment, strength and mobility. We also focus on breath awareness to help you move with more confidence, and feel safer and more at home in your body.

 

These sessions are not about pushing or performing. They’re about listening, supporting, and building trust with yourself.

* Yoga sessions are customized to your ability and needs. We stay flexible and adjust each session so the practice feels supportive, accessible, and aligned with you.

5 and 10 class packs available in-person (Los Angeles, CA ONLY) or online 

Yoga sessions can stand alone or be paired with coaching for a more integrated approach.

Coaching:

I was offered coaching service with Liz months back as she was launching her business. I, at first was hesitant in saying yes, in my little understanding of the differences between therapy and wellness coaching. I had just completed therapy with another organization and was not satisfied with the level of support I’d received at all. I was also unemployed (and had been for several months), feeling defeated in life due to what I perceived as constant setbacks, frustrated with a health condition I was experiencing, and struggling on how to cope with mild adult ADHD symptoms which were crippling me in completing basic tasks. I can honestly say Liz came at the perfect time. She helped me regain focus, create action oriented steps, & come up with clearly defined plans to achieve my goals. Creating  measurable goals and focusing on the “reward” was extremely helpful. After this experience, I can honestly say that I believe wellness coaching to be possibly more effective (with the right person and situation) than therapy for me personally. Liz also supports with organic empathy and compassion, a rare trait. I highly recommend her and her offerings
