Yoga is a chance to reconnect with your body through intentional, supportive movement. Each session is shaped around how you’re feeling, what your body needs, and what you want to work toward.
My teaching focuses on engagement for better alignment, strength and mobility. We also focus on breath awareness to help you move with more confidence, and feel safer and more at home in your body.
These sessions are not about pushing or performing. They’re about listening, supporting, and building trust with yourself.

Yoga sessions can stand alone or be paired with coaching for a more integrated approach.
