About Me

Hi, I’m Liz.
I’m a former competitive athlete and longtime yoga teacher with over a decade of experience in the wellness space. I believe change happens when people feel supported, not pushed. My work is rooted in presence, curiosity, and helping people feel safe enough to grow.

I was offered coaching service with Liz months back as she was launching her business. I, at first was hesitant in saying yes, in my little understanding of the differences between therapy and wellness coaching. I had just completed therapy with another organization and was not satisfied with the level of support I’d received at all.
