Open Vinyasa
Movement is king and if you don’t move it you loose it. Our bodies were built for movement, honor yourself by exploring movement through your asana practice. These open level vinyasa classes are carefully developed using Myofasical Meridian Sequencing to help balance, build strength while increasing mobility and flexibility. Every body is different and just like our bodies, no two classes are exactly the same.
There is always something new to discover, explore and feel. I encourage you to break out of your normal movement patterns and find a new sense of freedom within your practice.

Meditation
Don’t be afraid of slow moments. Your journey begins from within by finding your center and becoming more observant of the self. Experience techniques and practical tools to build mindfulness into your practice that can create space and calm the mind.

What is more powerful than your breath? Learn the beauty and power of breathing with intention and control through various techniques and sequences.
Pre & Post Natal
Pregnancy is a transitional time for women both physically and emotionally. Your pre and post natal classes are about honoring these changes with love and to restore balance back into the body while building a deeper connection to yourself and your baby.
Your classes will focus on strengthening the pelvic floor muscles, alleviate common discomforts, maintain strength and flexibility in the body to prepare for labour, breath awareness and techniques to maintain a calm and focused mind, meditation and relaxation to create peace from within.
